Our Focus is on adding long-term value to the residence while respecting the character and constraints of their original home. Final Plan
Our Services
Tailored Planning Study of your existing or selected floor plan to assess and deliver a complete and balanced layout that you can be confident moving forward with. Package includes Existing Floor Plan, Demolition Plan and Proposed Floor Plans. Pricing starting from $950.00.
Complimenting packages to further refine your base plan. Even if you already have a floor plan locked in, you can still select these add on services to complete your home package. Options include Lighting and electrical plans, Custom Joinery Design, Kitchen and Bathroom design etc. Pricing starting from $200.00 for a limited time only.
We also offer a range of other Architectural services. Looking to take our base spatial plans one step further to a full Suite of CAD documentation for authority approval? we can help. Already have plans from a project home builder or desiger but need advise or a third party review? we can help. Pricing subject to project scope. Lets discuss your needs today.
